SUNDAY MARKET STALLHOLDERS
Two members of the committee with identification will be on site each
Sunday to liaise
with stall holders and to collect the fees.

Stall Holders to be on site by 7-30am unless prior arrangements have
been made.
( We want to avoid vehicles moving inside the market when its open)

Trading Hours as from August 22nd, 8a.m. to around 2.p.m.
Stall holders are requested to NOT leave their goods in the Hotel Building.
Please remove ALL RUBBISH about your site at the end of the day.
No dogs are to come on to the site. There is a NO DOGS ban from Burt St.,
to Cemetery Road. Hotel site belongs to the Manawatu District Council
and they have a Ban on dogs on site.
Could Stall holders please leave their site tidy and remove all rubbish
at the end of the day.
Advertising for the Market is currently being organized.
All proceeds from the market will go to the Sanson Community.
Money allocated by the Committee so far:
Sanson School and Community Pool for key replacements and towards renovation
of Pool $8765.00.
Sanson Play Centre toward roof replacement $2000.00.
Assistance to School Camp fees etc., $500.00
Allocation to Bulls Fire Brigade to put Three Smoke Alarms in every Sanson
home, approx $6400.00+ (this to be done later this year)
Assistance for lad to go to Rugby Rep Trials. $100.00.
Donation to Hall funds for Security Cameras' to protect Hall, School and
Pool complex. $4000.00
We are registered with the Charities Commission as a Non for Profit Organization
and our input towards running the Market is purely Voluntary.
APPLICATIONS are invited for funding from Community Organizations. We
have a strict criteria to adhere to.
